Ask a questionWhat is the minimum booking duration?
The standard minimum charge is four hours for hourly chauffeur-driven bookings. Airport transfers and special services may be quoted separately.
How long is a full-day rental?
A full-day booking is normally based on eight service hours. Additional time is charged as overtime according to the confirmed quotation.
Is waiting time included?
Up to one hour of waiting may be included for the agreed pickup or drop-off arrangement. Additional waiting is subject to overtime charges.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund is generally available when cancellation is received at least 48 hours before pickup, subject to the confirmed booking conditions.
When is payment required?
Non-account and overseas bookings normally require full advance payment. Approved hotel or corporate accounts may follow agreed billing terms.
When will I receive driver details?
Driver and vehicle details are normally shared approximately 24 hours before the scheduled service, or sooner when operationally available.
