The standard engine is a 5.3L V8 with Dynamic Fuel Management and the two available options include a 6.2L V8 as well as a Duramax® 3.0L Turbo-Diesel engine. If you choose to go with the 6.2L engine your Chevy Tahoe will be able to reach a maximum of 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Every Tahoe is equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission and either rear or all-wheel drive.
