Standard rental and chauffeur policy

This page summarizes Hadir’s standard booking policy. A written quotation, booking confirmation or corporate agreement may contain service-specific terms that take priority for that booking.

Booking duration

Hourly chauffeur-driven bookings generally have a four-hour minimum charge. A standard full-day service is normally based on eight service hours unless the quotation states another duration.

Waiting time

Up to 30 minutes of waiting is generally included for the agreed pickup arrangement. Additional waiting time, additional stops or schedule extensions may be charged according to the confirmed quotation.

Cancellation

A full refund is generally available when a cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to the booking confirmation. Special vehicles, third-party services, event movements or non-refundable supplier commitments may carry different cancellation terms when stated in writing.

Payment

Non-account and overseas bookings normally require advance payment. Approved corporate and hotel accounts may follow separately agreed invoicing or credit terms. Payment links may have a limited validity period.

Driver and vehicle details

Driver and vehicle details are normally shared approximately 24 hours before the scheduled service, or as soon as operationally available.

Vehicle availability and substitution

Specific models, colours and configurations are subject to availability. If a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable for operational reasons, Hadir may propose an agreed same-class or upgraded replacement.

Airport and special services

Airport transfer, meet-and-assist, bus, event and third-party services may use route- or supplier-specific conditions. Those terms will be stated in the quotation or confirmation.
