Terms and conditions

These general terms apply to transportation services booked with Hadir Visitor Guide & Rental Car Company unless a signed agreement, quotation or booking confirmation states different terms.

1. Booking confirmation

A service is confirmed only after Hadir accepts the request and any required payment, deposit or approved account authorization has been completed.

2. Client information

The client is responsible for providing accurate dates, times, passenger details, flight information, pickup points, destinations, contact details and special requirements. Changes should be communicated as early as possible.

3. Rates and additional charges

Rates are based on the scope stated in the quotation. Overtime, additional waiting, extra stops, parking, tolls, access charges, border requirements or third-party services may be charged when applicable and when not included in the original quotation.

4. Vehicle assignment

Vehicle model, colour and configuration are subject to availability. An equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be proposed if operational circumstances require a substitution.

5. Passenger conduct and safety

Passengers must comply with applicable Kuwaiti law, vehicle safety requirements and reasonable chauffeur instructions. Smoking, unsafe conduct or activity that could damage the vehicle may be refused.

6. Delays and itinerary changes

Hadir will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed schedules. Travel times can be affected by traffic, road closures, airport procedures, security controls, weather and other conditions outside the company’s direct control.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The standard cancellation policy is described on the Rental Policy page. Special services may have separate supplier or event conditions shown in the booking confirmation.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any service-specific limitations or insurance conditions are governed by the applicable agreement and Kuwaiti law.
